Nonprofit Membership Levels are based on total revenue as stated on Form 990 (Line 12). Government Membership Levels are based on annual budget. SCACED's membership levels are:
LEVEL 1 : ANNUAL REVENUE < $200,000
LEVEL 2 : ANNUAL REVENUE $200,001 - $500,000
LEVEL 3 : ANNUAL REVENUE $500,001 - $1,000,000
LEVEL 4 : ANNUAL REVENUE > $1,000,000
